| THE KITCHEN Our fully equipped kitchen has oven and hob, a large American fridge-freezer(with ice making and cool drinks dispenser facility), microwave and dishwasher, as well as a waste disposal unit. All crockery, glassware and utensils are provided, including plastic plates and tumblers, which for your safety and convenience these can be used on the pool deck area for Al fresco dining. The kitchen also features a large dining area with bay window with seating for 8, which sits at the front of the house, making it cool and for a relaxing family meal plus a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. |

| DINING ROOM This fully kited out Dining Room is ready for any occasion, weather it’s a special event such as Christmas Day, News Years Day or just a intermit meal for two. All the utilities from knifes, forks, spoons, plates, side plates, and bowls, to crystal glasses for the toast are all at your disposal. This area is perfect to plan the days events, or just to share the days magical memories |

| FAMILY ROOM Our spacious Family room looks out on to the pool area. It is furnished to the highest standard with a large sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed (if required), cable TV with remote. There are patio doors looking out on to the sunny and fully secluded pool area. |

| MASTER BEDROOM 1 (Pool side) Tastefully furnished with a king sized bed, a large walk-in wardrobe, dressing table with vanity mirror above, 2 nightstands with lamps, Cable TV with remote, Ceiling Fan and radio alarm clock. Leading from the bedroom through the dressing area, is a positively huge and luxurious en-suite bathroom. But you can't stay in there the WHOLE trip!!(All fittings i.e. duvets pillows and pillow covers come as standard). The extra nice surprise feature in this 2nd master bedroom is that this room has direct access to the pool area, via the en-suite bathroom!! How wonderful, picture yourself just wondering straight out in to the morning Florida sunshine and dipping in your own pool, secluded !! Fantastic!! (All fittings i.e. duvets pillows and pillow covers come as standard for both bedrooms) Bedroom 5 This bedroom Bedrooms has ample closet space, nightstand and lamp. Downstairs Den This is a wonderful 13ft x 12ft room set aside from the main living area and is perfect to snatch some time alone or to set the agenda for the following day. This rooms comes with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Coffee Table, End Table and Lamp, 19” Colour T.V., Chest of Drawers, and silk flowers. Swimming Pool Just image it’s the end of a fun packed day at the Theme Parks, the children have just gone to bed, you pour your self’s a cool beer or glass of chilled wine from the fridge and relax in the crystal clear pool, FANTASTIC. The pool can be heated if required (arrange at time of booking) and can also be illuminated at night for a refreshing evening dip. There is a safety net around the pool for extra peace of mind of your little ones ( this may be removed at your discretion) and pool towels are included. | Spa/Jacuzzi and Decking The Spa or Jacuzzi is a perfect place to relax those aching leg muscles or just to chill out The extended patio and pool area (40ft x 27ft 4in) includes a covered lanai, with a ceiling fan and lighting, luxury padded sun loungers and table and chairs have been provided for eating alfresco, day or evening. The pool area and patio is covered by a large mesh 40ft x 27ft 4in to stop all those unwanted guests. Its a pervect place to spend a relaxing day. |

| Double Garage A double garage is a necessity to keep your hire car cool and out of the Orlando sun in between those outings. All the grounds around your Villa are immaculately kept by our Management team, who are on a 24hr call to solve any problems you may have, and the wooded area behind the pool is a part of the Orlando conservation area. Though it is unlikely that you will need them, we do employ a local Management Company who will be able to assist you with your enquiries throughout your stay.
