Everything went well with no problems. We had to wait a while for the other passengers to join the coach from the airport to hotel but the weather was so good that we did not mind. The hotel was good and the food good also. Changed the towels everyday adn cleaned. Mainly Spaniards with about 10% English. Weather, brilliant.

To Dawn and Dave, thank you so much for finding such a
brilliant holiday for me. Everything was perfect. I loved Malta and can
see why people go back to live there. I've been told you either like Malta
or you don't, cant see why anyone wouldn't myself.
As I say everything was perfect. The flight out was good, and whilst the
flight back was ok I felt the service on the Thompsons plane was better.
The hotel was 100%. My room was great, lots of space cleaned every day,
balcony. Nothing was too much trouble. You only had to mention something
wasn't working and it was fixed that day. The people and staff were so
friendly.
Eventually got the hang of the buses, they were real fun. I got about
everywhere. there was so much to see that I felt I needed another couple
of weeks to cover it all, mind you I still wouldn't have wanted to come
back then.
Weather was glorious, In the low 80's all the time, despite two short
sharp afternoon storm.
Thank you once again for finding such a perfect holiday. Look forward
to finding my next one and hope you will be able to help when I am ready,
and more importantly decide where I want to go! Think I would go with
Thompson again if possible.

Just a note to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in Italy. The flights to and from Cardiff were great and we are recommending the hotel to everybody - excellent facilities, food and service. Very good value for money and the Lake Garda area was very beautiful - would love to visit again sometime.

I really appreciate the fact that even after i had booked and paid for
my holiday , you got in touch to let me know of building works that were
going on while i was going to be there and changed my hotel for another
. A service that i dont think other travel agents would bother with once
they had my money . Also when i had trouble with my taxi while i was there
you sorted it out for me from your end , what more could any one want
. And if all that excelent service wasn't enough , you also got me the
best price i could find anywhere , even on the net .
It goes without saying i will be in touch again for my next holiday ,
and i will be ( and have been ) recommending you to all my friends and
family .

no problem with putting our comments onto website. staff at nazaret are very helpful. provide bottle of wine on arrival , free fresh bread delivered to the room every morning and free postcards of apartments available in reception . room is cleaned every day and clean towels every day. plent of sunbeds available ( but weather wasn't fantastic ) bar man gives free peanuts with drinks. the only negative comment is that it can be noisy at night if you get a room in block 300 as these overlook a spanish bar.

we had a good holiday in lanzarote. would recommend nazaret apartments
.flights were fine ,no delays. weather wasnt too good but thats not your
fault.
thanks for looking for dublin and amsterdam for us .I was looking for
a weekend break for my daughters birthhday but shes now decided she wants
other things ,not a holiday. but at least i now have some idea of prices
to these places.
thanks for your promptness in searching for hols for us . no doubt i'll
be contacting you again when I've acquired enough money to be going away
again .

Well
we went to Benidorm as booked through you. Hotel Rialto - on a slight
slope but to be honest we didnt really notice. May be a problem for people
with mobility difficulties. Travel arrangements went smoothly throughout.
Airport transfers were excellent although the Spanish seem to talk non
stop
on mobile phones when driving! A little scary.
The hotel was fantastic; everything it said it was; and clean. Little
noisy
at night but then its a holiday hotel! Food was really good and as much
as
you could eat. Staff helpful and polite. All ages in the hotel from babies
to pensioners. We didnt spend a lot of time there. Weather was lovely
and we
spent a good amount of time in the Bar Sol on the front. Good prices;
lovely
staff. Also went to the White Horse Pub accross from the hotel; non stop
caberet and all free! Prue who wors there was a mine of information if
you
are looking for the right places to go; she sent us to the cafe Benidorm
night club and it was definitely an experience!
Shops great - from tack to designer.
On the whole - just what we needed and exactly what we were looking for.
We would definitely consider booking thrpough you again and if you get
ant
bargains please let me know.
